Our client is a major player in the architecture, engineering and consulting sector in the Middle East - due to a record year in sales they are looking for a full project controls team to support the delivery or large scale projects across the region.

What You’ll Do

Junior - Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and progress reports. Support senior team members in cost tracking, procurement monitoring, and risk logging. Maintain project documentation and data integrity. Assist in preparation of KPI dashboards and project metrics.

Intermediate - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations. Prepare regular progress and cost reports for stakeholders and management. Identify risks and issues, proposing mitigation measures. Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate, timely project control information

Senior - Lead the project controls function across multiple projects. Oversee planning, scheduling, cost management, change management, and risk management.

Provide strategic advice to project leadership on performance, forecasts, and mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to company and client project controls standards. Mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members.

Produce executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and client use.

Who You are
-
Relevant degree in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.

Proven experience in project controls, planning, scheduling, cost control, or project management.

Experience with software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Asta Powerproject, or similar.
