What You’ll Do

  • Oversee delivery of multiple live construction projects simultaneously.

  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and high standards

​

  • Manage programmes, ensuring works are delivered to plan, budget and quality standards.

​

  • Support the leadership team in building scalable systems and consistent project delivery.

  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth progress.

  • Implement and maintain project reporting and operational procedures.

​

Who You are

  • This isn’t about years on-site — it’s about mindset and approach. You’ll be structured, process-led, and commercially aware — the person who keeps things on track and makes sure the detail is right.​​

​

  • My client is open on background; in fact, they’d love someone who’s perhaps come from a client-side environment (e.g. G&T, Capco, or a consultancy background) rather than traditional construction.

  • A natural drive to improve systems and bring structure to growing teams.

  • Experience managing projects or programmes with multiple workstreams.

​

  • Strong understanding of specifications, sequencing, and delivery processes.

​

  • Confidence managing suppliers, subcontractors, and client relationships.
